Men are highly competitive by nature, whether it is in sports, business or just vying for women’s attention. They strive to be the best, to constantly improve their own performance. Sometimes this quest to be the best can be hampered simply a hectic lifestyle. Poor diet, lack of sleep, lack of exercise, and high stress levels all contribute to a decrease in performance and ultimately a loss of self-esteem. Then they begin to wonder why they can’t “do what they used to do all night.”

We can characterize it by the reducing down of individual body features for example gradual deterioration of the structure, metabolism, which may eventually leads to way of death.  It is caused by a confluence of aspects such as environmental aspects, genetics, diet plans, and hormonal changes etc.

Hormonal imbalances that men can experience with age brought on by stress, an acute injury or illness, poor nutrition, inadequate exercise and a host of other factors.

Hormonal imbalance in men may cause a disruption to one, some, or all of those body functions. Following are the specific symptoms which may be experience;

  • Excessive sweating
  • Problem in sleep
  • Menopause

  • Changes in your blood sugar

No doubt, these are the painful problems faced by men, especially at middle age. According to latest research, age is not a significant factor that causes such problems in men because there have been many cases that involved younger individuals. It is said that the amount of androgen in the body has a lot to do with body functions.

We agree that the Hormonal imbalance in men is not only cause of them, other conditions like obesity, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, prostate cancer, hypertension, and heart diseases can also disrupts such functions in men’s body.

Di-Hydro Testosterone is considered an androgen and a potent androgenic hormone or testosterone form. When the body converts androgenic hormone or testosterone, DHT is created.

A compound helps in the conversion of androgenic hormone or testosterone and that is called 5-alpha reductase. Androgen, androgenic hormone or testosterone, and the compound are proportional to each other and together they cause the disruption of male functions.
