I know the latest edition of most of the browsers out there play it. I've checked. If you're working with an older browser, it's easy (and free)to update. You'll have a lot more fun as you visit sites. Most of my favorite makeup sites have wonderful perks and designs that you can't view in older browsers.

I'm not sure if it's my ancient iBook or my internet connection, but I'd really like to enter this contest.
Sweet Libertine is AMAZING and has the added bonus of being paraben free, which I recently found out (in a bad way) that I'm severly allergic to (think mardi gras purple eye mask, except the purple mask was my skin freaking out about the drugstore makeup I was using). They're also affordable, which is super important to me, since I'm cheap, I have to order most of my paraben free makeup from the internet (which means buying blindly with no real-life preview) and I like to change it up often (and I'm not made of money, so it has to be affordable for me to be able to try lots of it!)
