Colorado Aromatics
As a rule of thumb, we don’t write about products as much as we introduce readers to healthy brands. But once in a while it’s fun to write about a lip color that excites us, or a body cream that smells divine. This week, we were swept away by two products from Colorado Aromatics, a natural line created by a biochemist/toxicologist who grows the herbs for her products on her farm. Here are our faves:
Parsley Eye Serum – This light oil (we love oils versus heavy creams) based eye serum is rich in vitamins A & K, which work to reduce fine lines around eyes and combat dark circles.
It’s also infused with organic macadamia nut oil, organic olive oil, meadowfoam oil, extracts of parsley and seabuckthorn. And the nice part is, it disappears into the skin within seconds. This concentrated mixture is a tired girl’s best friend. And at just $9.00, it’s not bad for your budget, either.

Dr. Cindy Jones, PhD, formulator
Lavender Hydrolat – These refreshing, essential oil infused herbal waters are distilled from the gardens at Colorado Aromatics. Herbal waters, sometimes called hydrosols or hydrolats are obtained by steam distillation of herbs or flowers. They contain wonderful hydrating properties, are perfectly PH balanced and work well as face and body toners. With our upcoming travel schedule, we’ll be packing some of these sprays to keep our skin moisturized during plane rides. Available in several scents including lavender, rose, chocolate mint and lemon balm.
Colorado Aromatics has a full line of bath and body products. If you’d like to discover more, visit them here.
HBP was sent free samples of these products for review, however no payment of any kind was made for endorsement.
