Are you an aspiring eco-beauty writer? Do you enjoy learning about breaking beauty industry news? Would you like a byline with our site? We’re looking for a writer/intern to handle our News & Info column.
This is a once a week column (approximately 400 words) dedicated to bringing our readers the latest (sometimes controversial) stories that affect the non-toxic, natural and organic beauty buyer.
We will send you industry press releases and you will craft them into easy to read beauty articles explaining how this news impacts our readers. From time to time, we may also need a writer (ideally the same person) to handle beauty product and brand reviews.You must have a passion for non-toxic beauty brands.
Our ideal candidate is a (mature) college student, stay-at-home mommy blogger or new writer. This is not a link exchange program. And we aren’t seeking bloggers who have a similar site to ours (natural or organic beauty focused).
Nor are we looking for beauty brand reps to write articles about how great their products are. We need a serious writer who will enjoy writing news articles, as well as fun beauty pieces on various brands/products. Respecting deadlines is a must.
We will edit for clarity, grammatical structure and punctuation, if necessary.
We pay in high quality, natural beauty products. We expect to be able to offer a small salary in addition to products by Fall.
