Our bodies were made to heal during sleep, to rejuvenate themselves…to restore beauty. Go to Sleep.

Cells divide rapidly during the deep sleep cycle. Bone and muscle tissue is repaired. Go to Sleep.

Growth hormones surge. Fat reserves are mobilized, decreasing body fat. Go to sleep.

Blood circulation is increased, oxygenating the cells, causing the skin to flush, and warming the body. Perspiration moistens the body, and hydrates the skin, leaving you radiant and renewed. Go to Sleep.

Brain functions rest, giving peace to those nagging thoughts. REM cycles produce creative problem solving ideas, waking you with resolve and initiative. Go to Sleep.

Dreams can bring clarity, intrigue, and inspiration. They can give respite. Go to Sleep.

A full night’s rest gives energy for the next day’s challenges and adventures. Go to Sleep.

Bathe in a warm lavender dead sea salt bath. Cleanse your face with botanical extracts and oils. Go to Sleep.

Fill your belly with warm chamomile tea. Turn off the television. Go to Sleep.

Clothe yourself in cozy dressings. Wrap yourself in the warmth of your bed. Go to Sleep.

Set your alarm for a full seven hours of escape. Allow yourself to be lulled to slumber. Go to Sleep.

Dream of Paris, or dancing among the falling leaves, or a loved one’s embrace. Go to Sleep.
